Which cradle size fits my pet?
The bathing & grooming cradle opens to 60 × 33 × 40 cm and suits cats and small-to-medium dogs up to about 20kg. The leg-hole spacing works for three builds — small (leg span 6–12 cm), medium (15–20 cm) and large (22–30 cm) — so it fits most cats, puppies and small-to-medium breeds. Will my pet actually stay calm in it?
Most do. The gentle mesh sling takes the weight off their paws, which naturally settles anxious pets — the same “swaddle” effect that calms them. Introduce it slowly, reward with a treat, and keep the first few sessions short.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days, and delivery across South Africa takes roughly 7–10 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
