Products & pricing
We do our best to describe and price every product accurately. Colours may vary slightly from screen to product. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors and update prices at any time.
Orders
Once you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the rare case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock issue — if we do, you'll be refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

Use of grooming products
Our products are grooming aids for domestic pets. Always supervise your pet during use and stop if they show distress. Pawlour is not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse.

All content on this site — text, images and branding — belongs to Pawlour and may not be copied or reused without permission.
