Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.
Delivery times
Delivery across South Africa typically takes 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Outlying and rural areas may take a little longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Any free-shipping offers will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once shipped, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Delays
We do everything we can to dispatch on time, but couriers can occasionally be delayed by weather, public holidays or peak periods. If your order seems held up, email support@pawlour.co.za and we'll chase it up for you.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address, but we'll always try to help.
